Where Every Bloom Begins
Our story started back when we bought our empty lot in 2017. We built our home and realized that we had a good portion of land on the back 1 acres that we could do something special with.
We (my husband Dan and I), decided that bringing joy and beauty to our community through a flower farm would be prefect.
It took several years to prep the land, and a few more children later, we launched our first season in the the spring of 2022 with Tulip bunches. We sold wrapped bouquets from The Flower Wagon for 3 weeks that first year.
Growing Our Goals
Since then we have added hundreds of peony plants, and have expanded to a full spring season of blooms on our stand.
Our goal is to provide locally grown flowers for the West Michigan community. We chose spring flowers because after a long hard winter of shoveling snow, the beauty of spring is so special. Seeing those first tulip and daffodil blooms pop out of the ground, sometimes even with snow still sprinkled on the ground around them, brings much hope and promise for the warm months ahead.
